SEE THE REAL WORK.
THEN RUN IT THE RIGHT WAY.
SPARK maps how people actually work and turns that understanding into guided processes that people and AI follow together, using the shared knowledge already stored in Yentra Cortex.
They buy the tool first. Then they go looking for the work.
Tool first, work second
The map is not the work
Surveys average away the truth
Knowledge is used inconsistently
INTERVIEWS THAT ADAPT. WORKFLOWS THAT HOLD.
First, it finds out how work really gets done. The questions change based on what the person just said, so someone in finance and someone in operations start from the same place and end up having completely different, relevant conversations. These are not surveys. They dig past the official process and surface the work that never appears on the map.
Then it turns that understanding into guided ways of working. Both the pictures and the workflows live in the shared system the organisation already uses, Yentra Cortex. Nothing is locked in a private file or a consultant's slide deck.
THE GUIDED PATH
A Blueprint is a reusable guided conversation or workflow. It starts with an opening question, then adapts every later question or step based on the answers given, following the person's actual situation instead of forcing everyone down the same rigid path. Different roles end up with different, relevant routes through the same Blueprint.
THE RULES THAT STEER IT
A Directive is the set of rules that steers the conversation or workflow according to what matters for that team or leader. It keeps the Blueprint focused on the outcomes the organisation actually cares about, and forces consistent use of the approved knowledge.
Keep it human
This work needs a person's judgement. Do not hand it to a machine.
Help the person
AI does the heavy lifting. Drafting, checking, gathering. The person still makes the final call.
Fully automate
The work is clear and rule-based. A system can do it.
Stop doing it
The work no longer creates value. Delete it. This option is deliberate. Most organisations automate the waste instead.
Learn a new skill
The team needs new capability to oversee the AI properly, checking its output, deciding when it may act.
Stop funding the wrong AI projects
Technology is applied only where the work actually needs it and where the decision is already clear. Nothing is bought on hope.
Protect people's attention
People have a limited capacity for focused work. Removing low-value tasks, and guiding people to the information that matters, reserves judgement for the decisions that count.
Keep control you can defend
Clear rules on who may move a task from human to machine, what records are kept, and what the AI is never allowed to do alone. Blueprints and Directives enforce consistent use of the approved knowledge.
Turn discovery into daily practice
The same system that maps the work also runs the new way of working. Nothing is left as a slide deck or a forgotten report.
THE SHARED BRAIN, AND THE WORK THAT USES IT.
Yentra Cortex is the shared memory system that keeps knowledge available to both people and AI tools, so nothing is lost when someone leaves or a conversation ends. SPARK runs on that same system and writes into it.
You only need to care about how work actually gets done, and how people and systems should use information.
READY TO SEE THE REAL WORK, AND RUN IT RIGHT?
Request a private briefing
Bring one team or one function. We will show you what the picture looks like, what decisions it forces, and how Blueprints turn that understanding into guided workflows.
Run one function
A scoped discovery across a single function, with the interviews run, the decisions documented, and the first Blueprints built in your own Cortex.
Add Spark to Cortex
Already running the shared brain? Spark writes straight into it. Same permissions, same audit trail, no new platform.
