THE GUIDED PATH

A Blueprint is a reusable guided conversation or workflow. It starts with an opening question, then adapts every later question or step based on the answers given, following the person's actual situation instead of forcing everyone down the same rigid path. Different roles end up with different, relevant routes through the same Blueprint.
